Cast Iron Rotex Coupling Size 120
--- English Description: Cast Iron Rotex Coupling Size 120 is a widely used flexible jaw coupling designed for industrial power transmission systems. It is used to connect two shafts and transmit torque between electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, mixers and various industrial machines. This coupling normally consists of two cast iron hubs and an elastic or polyurethane spider insert, providing shock absorption, vibration reduction and limited compensation for shaft misalignment. The cast iron body makes this coupling a durable and economical choice for general and medium-duty industrial applications. Cast Iron Rotex Coupling Size 120 helps reduce mechanical shocks during start-up and operation, protecting bearings, shafts, gearboxes and other power transmission components from excessive stress and wear. This product is suitable for production lines, industrial workshops, agricultural machinery, pumping systems, motor-gearbox assemblies and machines that require smooth and reliable torque transmission. Before selecting a Rotex coupling, it is important to check the coupling size, shaft diameter, spider material and hardness, operating speed, torque requirement, installation conditions and shaft alignment. Technical Specifications: Product Name: Cast Iron Rotex Coupling Size 120 Coupling Type: Flexible Jaw Coupling Body Material: Industrial Cast Iron Main Components: Two cast iron hubs with middle spider insert Application: Power transmission between two shafts Key Features: Shock absorption, vibration reduction, smooth torque transmission, easy installation, simple maintenance Common Uses: Electric motor, gearbox, pump, compressor, fan, blower, mixer and industrial machinery Installation Note: Final bore size, keyway and hub machining should be selected according to the machine shaft diameter. Kavosh Industrial Store supplies cast iron Rotex couplings, Rotex spiders, industrial couplings, pulleys, belts, bearings, bearing units and power transmission parts with shipping across Iran. |
