Polyurethane Spider Insert for Rotex Coupling Size 120
English Description: Polyurethane spider insert for Rotex coupling size 120 is an essential flexible element used between the two coupling hubs. It is designed to transmit torque, absorb shocks, reduce vibration, compensate minor misalignment and prevent direct metal-to-metal contact between coupling jaws. This Rotex coupling insert is made of industrial polyurethane, offering high resistance to wear, tearing, compression, oil, grease and mechanical stress. Using the correct polyurethane spider insert helps increase coupling service life, reduce operating noise and protect electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors and rotating machinery. This product is suitable for Rotex jaw coupling size 120 and is widely used in power transmission systems, industrial machinery, conveyor systems, pumps, gear units, electric motors and compressors. Selecting the correct coupling insert size is very important, as an incorrect size may cause vibration, backlash, premature wear and possible damage to the shaft or coupling hubs. Product Specifications: Product Name: Polyurethane Spider Insert for Rotex Coupling Size 120 Product Type: Coupling Insert / Spider Coupling / Flexible Element Material: Industrial Polyurethane Application: Rotex Jaw Coupling, Power Transmission, Shock Absorption, Vibration Reduction Size: 120 Suitable For: Electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors and industrial machinery Features: High wear resistance, flexible performance, reduced coupling noise, shock absorption and longer equipment life Kavosh Industrial Store supplies Rotex couplings, polyurethane coupling inserts, jaw couplings, power transmission parts, belts, bearings and industrial components with delivery across Iran. |
